This site has been set up to provide online visitors
with the opportunity to browse and to order images
from a selection of the newspaper's extensive
archive.
Viewing
the photos
Using the site is simple. To view photos, choose
the category you wish to view and single click
the thumbnail photo. This will take you to the
photos within the category. Each category may
have sub-categories - e.g. Current Photos may
be categorised by month.
Clicking
any thumbnail will allow you to view a larger
copy of the same photo. At this stage you are
able to choose to purchase the photo. Sizes and
prices are displayed next to the photo. Click
on the size you require, enter the quantity you
wish to purchase and then click on the Add To
Cart button.
Ordering
Photos
This
will commence the 'checkout' process. If you wish
to add more photos before completing the order,
simply click on the 'Continue' button at the top
of the page. To progress with the order, click
on 'Checkout'.
If
you have never purchased from the site before,
you will need to register and provide a few basic
details. These are only used for ordering purposes
and to make repeat orders easier for you. Personal
details will not be sold or passed to third parties.
Once
you have entered the requested details, log in
using your email address and the password you
set up. Your contact details will be completed
for you. Please check these and add any extra
information required. If the delivery details
are the same, simply click the 'Same As Shipping'
link. If the order is a gift and needs to be delivered
to a different address, please complete the delivery
details in full.
Paying
for the photos
There
are several ways of paying for your order. The
easiest is to complete the credit card details
section of the order and submit the order by clicking
on 'Process My Order'. This site is fully secured
for submitting your credit card details safely.
If you prefer not to use a credit card, simply
leave that section blank and click on the 'Fax
/ Phone Process My Order' button. This will display
an order form with a unique reference number.
You will need to provide payment details either
by faxing this form to us or by phoning your order
though quoting the reference number.
We
will ship worldwide and delivery charges are included.
If you wish to pick up your order from the JEP
office or PCS shops, please note this in the 'Special
Instructions' section of the order form and we
will deduct the delivery before processing the
payment and allow a minimum of 48 hours before collecting.
